Please don’t confuse ADH Flooring Ltd with the upstarts that have appeared lately in our industry that have little experience and ability. Over the last five years or so many new flowing screed applicators appeared from nowhere as flowing screeds need very little talent or effort to apply. Because flowing screed has become very competitive, and it also comes at a higher price than traditional screed, many of these outfits have turned to applying traditional sand / cement screed.

However, these companies don’t have the skilled labour to do the customer justice. They may pay ‘Google Adwords’ to be at the top of page 1 for relative search criteria. They come nowhere near the top for quality of work.

Rather than taking any companies word, all say they are the best no matter what, ask them for a recently completed screed address and give the site a visit. We are quite happy to do this if you have any reservations. Alternatively we could give names for references from our clients in the construction industry.
